A nine hole golf course, that after you play it, will leave a lasting fond memory. Carved out of lush woodland in the early 1960's, this course will force you to play well if you hope to score well. If you're a senior player then this course offers something special for you. It's this sense of social camaraderie that makes the place so popular with so many of the local players. Evidence of this are the Monday morning fun tournaments that are played each week (weather permitting). Each Monday at eight o'clock in the morning, there's a fun tournament with a shotgun start. The format of the tournament changes from time to time, but what is noteworthy is that all senior players -- men or women are most welcomed.
After the tournament, there's plenty
of fun and prizes. Is there a better way to start a Monday?
